The site for people research Complex Adaptive Systems thinking. We hope to provide free access to all our research activities, past and present. We welcome comments from anyone, academic or professional, or just interested in Complexity theory.

We are currently based at the Glamorgan Business School and research in all areas of social research including public and private sector businesses. Our purpose is 'simple'; to change the way management is done in Wales (UK). This will be achieved via research and the dissemination of information via this site and of course more formal routes such as seminars.
